 Jon is an Emmy-winning celebrity stylist and makeup artist with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. He began his career with a formal education at the Aveda Institute, focusing on the art of hairstyling and with several techniques of hair coloring. He continued to pursue his passion for styling and colorwork with several apprenticeships with some of the best salons in Washington, DC, while also developing his salon management skills.

 

Jon’s makeup work has appeared on the pages of the Conde Nast publication Vogue (America), and Hearst publication’s Harper’s Bazaar. His television styling credits include work for anchors and celebrity guests on Bloomberg TV, ABC News, The View, ESPN Network, The Food Network, and Good Morning America (for which he won a Daytime Emmy in 2016 & 2017). Jon also styles celebrity guests for high-profile events such as the annual Kennedy Center Honors, and the White House Correspondents Dinner. His work has also been seen on the runways of New York Fashion Week, having styled models for designers Oscar de la Renta, Jeremy Scott, and Betsy Johnson. Most recently, Jon was accepted into the Local 798 Union for Film, Television, Network Broadcasting TV, Commercials, through which he will continue to pursue his passion for the art of Styling in TV and Film productions.
